Remember this commercial from late 1979?  Darla and Buckwheat did do that three years later in 1982, until a mishap by Alfalfa made a mountain out of a molehill!  So much for barefoot clean... |

 I made a gif of this scene because I really like Dorothy's hairstyle. Even if she looks a little awkward in pictures, she still manages to look super cute as she aged.  Also, I made a gif of this scene because it was nice seeing a female character do something of substance, for once. Her coming to Stymie's defense was just amazing, plus I just wanted to gif the physical interaction between my two favorite characters.  Dorothy with braids again, yay.  Aaaaaand her with Wheezer again. |

I have to admit, I was considering creating GIFs of the infamous "Barefoot Darla" scene where Alfalfa spread dirt all over the deck, and posting them last May, but for some reason real life priorities got in the way.
