The back end of the horse.
The war in FIGHTIN' FOOLS was originally a result of ______________________________________

An argument about who farted during a Saturday morning matinee at the local flea pit.
In Olympic Games it was originally intended that Jean Darling should _______________ and that Scooter would then _____________ but _________?

The Gang, but they begged not to be included.
In FIGHTIN' FOOLS, rather than tying the Gang's clothes in knots, Slicker and his pals were going to _________________________________________

(By the way, this thread is specifically for the later MGM shorts) Yep, I did notice that in the thread title but then promptly forgot all about it when I made that post. I'm not good at trying to think of two different things at one.

In FIGHTIN' FOOLS, rather than tying the Gang's clothes in knots, Slicker and his pals were going to _________________________________________ donate them to the war effort, thereby making themselves look like angels and being able to get away with anything for months. In THE BIG PREMIERE, the boxes of cement for the gangsters other than Buckwheat weren't going to go unused, but instead _____________________ . ------- Is there interest in a 'The "Cutting Room Floor" - The Roach Years (1922 - 1938) Game' thread? Or maybe break into silent and sound eras, 1922-1929 and 1929-1938?

Is there interest in a 'The "Cutting Room Floor" - The Roach Years (1922 - 1938) Game' thread? Or maybe break into silent and sound eras, 1922-1929 and 1929-1938? I'd prefer the first option personally, rather than having two separate threads, but I'm easy with either. I think that they have more scope for imaginative posts compared with the MGM shorts, which distinctly lacked imagination.

However MGM wisely realised that if that actually happened the production team would be reluctant to fish the kids back out again. In Joy Scouts the gang cremate their cooking, get soaked and rub up some poison ivy the wrong way but what happened when the skunk__________________________?

Ape attacked? The Gang took some photos but they turned out blurry. They did get written up in cryptozoological journals, though...
In 'Good Bad Boys,' rather than "robbing" that one lady's house, Spanky was going to make the Gang think they were _______________________________

Initially __________ __________ was cast to play the 'Caliph' in Aladdin's Lantern, until Spanky returned to the series and stuffed himself into the dress. Instead of Alfalfa's bum being set on fire (which had been done before) they originally intended _________________________.
