The Gang singing,
"This once was fun but now we're done We've really jumped the shark With moralizing and sermonizing They're such dogs they should bark..."
But the idea of Mickey, Janet, Froggy and Buckwheat singing together was deemed too horrifying to contemplate.
In MELODIES OLD AND NEW, the boys' oversized suits were to be explained as _________________________________

So the boys' quartet would look good in comparison. The only short Froggy regretted doing was _________________________________________ The semi sequel to YALE VS. HARVARD (1927), titled CUBS VS. INDIANS, which at the last minute, was changed to a heartwarming (Though not at all funny!) tale about little Bears being befriended by an Indian tribe! This was devised by the studio that suddenly became skittish about the possibility that Major League Baseball might sue for using Team names, unless they make the story about a subject that has nothing to do with Baseball. Anyway, this pos never got released! In 1-2-3-GO! (1941), instead of Mickey running into the street, this _____________________________ Is what was supposed to happen, instead! CHEERS!

He started crying again and the Gang just picked him up and threw him into traffic. But then the studio realized that wouldn't fit their public service message.

OUR GANG urges YOU to SUPPORT THE WAR EFFORT by _______________________________________ ....conserving laughter and mirth by watching our short subjects, instead! Anyway, back to the "Cutting Room Floor" theme: Instead of the bizarre ending for HELPING HANDS (1941), its original "end" was to be _______________________________________________________.

The Gang sitting around waiting for the cow to milk itself. In fact, that was going to be the entire short. However, they were worried people might find it too amusing for an Our Gang short.
In FOOTBALL ROMEO, Darla was originally going to try to make Alfalfa jealous by _________________________________

Well, it was suggested that she make Alfalfa "jelly." Darla misunderstood, and literally made him some jelly. Strawberry flavored.
In JOY SCOUTS, Edward Cahn originally replaced Gary Jasgur not with Mickey Gubitosi, but _____________________________________ .

A block of wood. It didn't work out because the wood had too much charisma. In AUTO ANTICS, another car was going to be driven by _____________________________________ At first an Indian, and then by a Cub, since that was considered more politically correct, if somewhat weird! Finally, after some heated discussion, the Indian and the Cub left in disgust, and both were allegedly heard to be muttering something about "trying to end a longstanding drought is far more important than dealing with this drivel," not that anyone was eavesdropping! In FARM HANDS (1943), _________________________________ were also going to be on the Farm.

Those girls with the glasses, but they opted to see Paree.
Besides AUTO ANTICS, the LITTLE RASCALS movie also intended to include a scene referencing the MGM short __________________________ but had to leave it out because ____________________________

ALFALFA'S AUNT - the producers realized they might give off the impression that the entire MGM era was actually worthy of recreating. TINY TROUBLES originally had the Gang running into, and bringing home a ______________________________ Oscar for Best Comedy Short of 1939, but the studio realized that should have been for ALFALFA'S AUNT! They figured there would be may more Oscar worthy 'Our Gang' entries in the future, anyway! Instead of DUEL PERSONALITIES (1940), the title was originally to be __________________________________, and the story was o be about ___________________________.

MULE PERSONALITIES. Alfalfa was going to be hypnotized and think he was a donkey. In THE LITTLE RANGER, Muggsy was originally going to save Alfalfa by ______________________________________ Pushing fickle Darla off a cliff! The trouble was, Muggsy liked Darla just a bit too much to follow through if you get my meaning! Instead of the Gang's Club Election, ELECTION DAZE (1943) was going to feature _________________________ Election.
