I know many of you have been hoping for some very rare Our Gang silent films to be released. I'm planning a Spring release of "Your Own Back Yard" (complete); "The Love Bug" and "Giants Vs. Yanks" all on the same DVD. "The Love Bug" and "Giants Vs. Yanks" will also be complete and won't be the shortened versions that are around at the moment.
Robin of C-W Films.

That's terrific news! I'm especially looking forward to seeing the print of Giants Vs. Yanks that will be included on the release.

To mtw12055. It might be on eBay sometime, but hopefully I'll be selling them via a new website. I'll let you know more details nearer the time.

My brother and I are still working on restoring the films. There's more work to do on them than we thought. We have only been able to work about 10 to 15 hours a week on them for the past few weeks compared to 25 hours a week a few months ago. We have nearly finished so I think they will be released in the summer. I'll let you know when I have the website up and running.

Thanks for the update. I've never done any film restoring myself, but I'm sure that it's a laborious process. I'm looking forward to buying your restorations when they're complete.

Hats off to Robin and his brother for their labor of love restoring the films. I have spent days on films in order to make them playable that were either shredded by bad handling or band sawed in half. To restore films to Robin's level is true tedious professional work. NOT to mention the years it take just to find salvageable material for complete prints of these titles.
