When cable companies remove channels you frequently watch.
When cable companies throw in promo channels without customer request, then ding them with added fees after the promo period ends. This happened to us last fall, and we had to scream and holler to get our bill reimbursed, which took over a month.

Speaking of which, our company mentioned Hallmark Movies Now among the channels in the free preview week, but when I clicked on their logo there was a message saying something like "No programming at this time" or something to that effect.
