Looking at old newspapers online, I've been able to piece together a broadcast history for the Little Rascals in the San Francisco Area from the 1950s to the 1970s.
The papers were: Fremont Argus, Hayward Daily Review, Oakland Tribune.
Undoubtedly the films were shown on weekday/weekend kiddie shows in the 50s-60s, but there is no specific mention of them in the TV listings of these shows. There was a article in the Oakland Tribune in 1957 that the Rascals appeared regularly on the King Norman Show on KGO Channel 7 Saturdays from 11 AM-1 PM.
Here is a list of broadcasts of the Rascals as a stand-alone program:
12/7/1957-2/4/1958: KGO Channel 7, weekdays, 10 AM, followed by Jack La Lanne at 10:30
4/12/1965-July 1965: KOVR Channel 13 (Sacramento) weekdays at 6:45 AM
1/2/1968-6/5/1970: KBHK Channel 44, weekdays, 6 PM
6/8/1970-6/12/1970: KBHK Channel 44, weekdays, 4 PM
After a three year absence from the Bay Area, the episodes returned in 1973...
9/3/1973-Spring 1974: KBHK Channel 44, weekdays, 4:30 PM (5:30 PM by Spring '74).
Summer 1974 - hiatus for other shows (Gomer Pyle, Lost in Space, etc).
Fall 1974 - 4/25/1975: KBHK Channel 44, weekdays, 5:30 PM
4/27/1975-5/24/1975: KBHK Channel 44, Sundays, 11:30 AM
Summer 1975 - hiatus
9/1/1975-January 1976: KBHK Channel 44, weekdays, 4 PM
9/6/1975-January 1976: KBHK Channel 44, Sundays, 9:30 AM
January 1976-7/2/1976: KBHK Channel 44, weekdays, 5 PM
January 1976-Spring 1976: KBHK Channel 44, Sundays, 10 AM
7/5/1976-9/3/1976: KBHK Channel 44, weekdays, 4:30 PM
9/6/1976 into 1977: KBHK Channel 44, weekdays, 12 Noon
The online archive ends in 1977, but the Rascals were shown on Channel 44 into 1984 on various days and times. Near the end of its KBHK run, it was put into a program package called "Comedy Classics."
Also in 1984, KTXL Channel 40 (Sacramento) began to show the "Little Rascals Family Theatre" hosted by Jackie Lynn Taylor and Butch Bond.
