Reg'lar Kids - This series was produced by M. J. Winkler (who also distributed the Disney "Alice" comedies), and was directed by Bryan Foy. Eugene "Pinapple" Jackson and Spec O'Donnell were among those in the cast. All I have from this series is a fragment from "Good Scouts."

Another collector has a reissue of "Mickey's Golden Rule" (1932), re-titled "Mickey's Fair Play." It's another one of the Rooney-less shorts, and is notable for featuring Chubby Chaney in the cast. If I'm not mistaken, the Vitaphone Project has tracked down the series' first talkie, "Mickey's Midnite Follies."

Also looking for anything from any series not mentioned, in particular the Century Kids, the British Hoo-Ray Kids series, the incredibly obscure Us-Bunch series, the Kiddie Caper Comedies (With Billy Barty), and the Educational Pictures Cabin Kids series.
I'm trying to avoid the Baby Burlesks series with Shirley Temple. As awful as a lot of these series are, this is one I especially dread looking at. But I might get to them some day. They're all easily available.
