I'm still reading through the great film discussion and am sure it's in there somewhere. But I saw a short titled "Wiggle your Ears" from 1929 the other day and I thought it was great. It's filmed in close ups, so you can really see how adorable the kids are and they really show their acting chops. Are there other shorts shot in this fashion? I loved it.

I've watched several and I do not remember seeing a look like "Wiggle your Ears" but some older member can give you that info.

Wiggle Your Ears is discussed on page 47 of the great film thread. So I see it's the only short shot in this fashion. It's a fantastic short, I would have to put in as one of my top favorites. A +.

It's considered an out-of-the-ordinary entry in the series, in part because of the decision to shoot all the scenes in close-ups.
