If I for one second thought that this might be genuine I'd be arranging an overdraft to ensure that I had sufficient funds to buy it. As it is it to me at least it just looks like a rather poor modern attempt by an adult, who writes far too confidently, to reproduce Harry's block capital signature from his Our Gang days.
