I have heard that a foreign-language print of this otherwise lost film has been found and screened. Can anyone confirm this? Is there anywhere to view it? This is my most-wanted "lost episode."
Found this thread after I posted: littlerascals.proboards.com/thread/945/school-begins-exists It didn't come up through a normal search. I wonder if there is any new info.

A print was found in Eastern Europe a few years ago, and was screened at the Museum of Modern Art in early 2017. Richard Bann supplied the Museum with a copy of the cutting continuity, which is currently being used to recreate the original English-language title cards.

NICE. I was also about to post on FAIR AND MUDDY. It seems like this is recovered, or mostly so. Any news? It seemed to be implied that a poor-condition copy is already circulating?

I do hope that School Begins is made available to the general public, whether at a price or for free. I'd happily pay to watch it.

There is a copy circulating. In fact, I showed it to Mildred Kornman. I think it was on Youtube briefly (or archive), as well.
