Doesn't appear to be working. I clicked the link and there was nothing in the search.

I got some of it but I'm not sure it's an Our Gang knock-off. The 'kids' appear to be in their teens, at least.
Maybe it's from some other Hal Roach project...

Maybe it's from some other Hal Roach project... Don't think so. Definitely not the Roach studio's style. Pete the Pup was quite active prior to 'Our Gang,' notably as Tige in the Buster Brown series.

Are we sure this is the Pete The Pup, and not an (albeit, a very good one, if so!) imitation? Interesting that one of the bits was of "Pete" throwing up in the steel garbage can. In a strange way, it reminds me of Stan Laurel's running back and forth, as if he very desperately needed a bathroom after swallowing massive amounts of water in that barrel, at the end of BELOW ZERO (1930)! I do wonder whether the "knockoff" was a Hollywood produced short, or if it was shot "locally" somewhere. An actual Pete The Pup would tend to be indicative of the former, I would suspect! CHEERS!

Not sure of the title, but it is one of several Buddy Messinger shorts with Martha Sleeper - probably from 1924.
