This seems like an obvious topic after 'Favorite' and 'Least Favorite': Which not-particularly-popular Rascal do you like best?
Me, I'll have to go with Breezy Brisbane. Granted, he's a little... Emmanuel Lewis-ish, but I still find his performances amusing.

Harold Switzer is my favorite among the ranks of the Our Gang peripherals. I would have to put him in as one of my Top Five Gangsters overall. Other less popularly known members of The Gang that would be among my favorites are Donnie Smith, Clyde Willson, Tommy McFarland and Dickie Hall.

Alvin Buckelew. His moments were few and far between, but I find him consistently amusing.

Artye Folz and Beverly Hudson. Neither were suited for recurring roles, but I think either could have been used a couple more times.

The ones I liked weren't really "Rascals", but they were midgets. Their names were George and Olive Brasno, and they were actually brother and sister. I especially liked them in "Shrimps for a Day". I only seen them in a couple.

Scooter Lowry would have definitely been one of my choices, too, but I guess I just don't tend to think of him as being a lower-level player in the series.

I always liked Donald Haines. He was Jackie Cooper's rival in 'The First Seven Years' and could play a bully or gang member with equal greatness.

Marianne Edwards. Maybe she wasn't the best actress in the series, but I always thought she stole most of the scenes she was in.

There are probably plenty of Scooter Lowry fans. It would have been interesting if he stuck around longer and was teamed up with Farina more like Porky and Buckwheat years later.
An obscure character not mentioned yet is Powder-Puff. He had a few moments and it looked like he could have been a regular gang member based on "The Sun Down Limited" and "Every Man for Himself," but then he was never seen once Pineapple appeared, another character fit for this category.

Dickie Jackson, who may or may not have been Mary Ann Jackson's brother, is another of my unsung favorites. I enjoyed his scenes in 'Dogs is Dogs'.

Which not-particularly-popular Rascal do you like best?
While he was definitely among the major characters he doesn't seem to have been particularly popular with some people either as a kid actor or as an adult nevertheless, next only to Alfalfa, Harry Spear is my favorite 'least popular' Rascal.
