I was appalled that at this year's Emmy's they neglected to include Jackie Cooper in their obit montage. Just him being a director of MASH alone should have gotten him in!

That didn't even cross my mind while watching it, but you're right. Even without winning Emmys as a M*A*S*H director, he had success in the early days with The People's Choice and Hennessy. He's also famous enough that everybody would have recognized him if they had shown his photo.

Agreed. Plus, he was Vice President in charge of program development at Screen Gems. Without him, we may have never had "Bewitched," "The Monkees", and other classic TV shows.
