Cool, right?

Is it possible that the guy selling off his collection of such films first converted them to some media that can be watched repeatedly without fear of ruining the original.
If that is the case... my mind reels at the possibilities! No pun intended.

Alfalfa also appears in It's a Wonderful Life as a guy that George Bailey cuts in on during the dance. He is the guy that flips the switch that opens the basketball court floor to reveal a swimming pool.

The artichoke incident happens in "The Pooch" . Stymie says, "it may choke Artie, but it ain't gonna choke Stymie!" I did not recently see the show, so I did some research. I reference an article on the following webpage www.rateitall.com/i-31438-matthew-beard.aspxAccording to the article, this incident does not occur at a rich party. Stymie wanders around town begging for food. He is accompanied by Pete the Dog and a three-year-old Spanky. You can find "The Pooch " on The Little Rascals Volume #9, by Cabin Fever. It is also on The Little Rascals 75th Anniversary tape. This is the one I often see advertised as being accompanied by a PETEY beany puppy. I hope this helps!

Here is the website to backup my statement about Max Factor www.pawsitivelypitbull.org/events.htmlFrom that website is the following PIT BULL FACTOID The Pit Bull who for many years played Pete the Pup in the Little Rascals movie series was actually born with only half a circle around his eye. Director Hal Roach hired a then-unknown artist to complete the circle. That painter, whose name was Max Factor, went on to become one of Hollywood's most celebrated makeup artists.

I read somewhere that the makeup person was Max Factor.
Apparently, not all the Petey's had the same or a complete circle. Max was called in to fix them up.
He later began his own makeup company.

Thank you Mark. That explains it.
I purchased them with the full intent to burn them all to DVD at highest quality. Then set them up in order as you have them listed.
I bought both boxed sets for a total of like 100 bucks. At EP, price doesn't make a difference. That is a lower quality video.
I suppose just to have the wraps and all is important. However, what I really wanted is what every fan wants... to be able to sit and watch each and every episode one after the other.
Are you saying that the individual tapes that are on EBAY are in SP?
What chance is there of a swap? Your benefit... a set of DVDs so you'll never have to wear a tape out again.
Btw, KICK BUTT WEBSITE!
Also, I haven't been able to send you an email directly... Keeps saying too many connections.

I recently purchased two separate unopened boxed sets 1-12, 13-21 of the Little Rascals. When I opened them I was disturbed to find that the tapes were recorded in extended play mode.
What were they thinking of? Was this the way they recorded the sought after Cabin Fever collection or was I ripped off?
