And Christina's new song just leaked on the web earlier today! You can stream it and/or download it at this link: www.zshare.net/audio/1825416732916596/

It's going to be on her "A Decade of Hits" CD coming out on November 11th. There's no confirmed tracklisting yet, but it will include Lady Mamalade and her other high-charting hits (and maybe a few non-single fan favorites). There will be one other brand new song, called "Dynamite" and she re-recorded "Genie in a Bottle" and "Beautiful."

She's working on her all-new album at the same time and plans to release it several months after the Hits CD. She's going for a futuristic spacey sound, which you can hear a bit of in "Keeps Gettin' Better."

I was able to meet Badfingers drummer Mike Gibbins at a beatlefest about 5 years ago. We chatted for a few minutes. He signed a limited edition t-shirt he was selling. He also talked about his new cd.

I met Mike Gibbins at a Beatle fest in Chicago as well. He was very cool. He was surprised when I told him I came there just to see him and that I liked Badfinger more than the Fab Four. I've also met Joey Molland on several occasions, and contrary to all the negativity labeled on him, he was the nicest guy you'd ever want to meet each time. Very grateful for the fans that showed up to see him.
