Well, we finally know what happened to Sing Joy / Sonny Boy Warde / Sonny Loy. Credit should be given to sleuths Zadock Jarvis and Jesse Brisson. www.lordheath.com/Sonny_Boy_Warde.htmlIncidentally, I once talked to my friend Drina Mohacsi (creator of the Young Hollywood Hall of Fame website) about Sonny's stage name being changed to Luis Cordova. She theorizes that because there were virtually zero roles for Asian-Americans in Hollywood at the time, someone may have figured they could pass Sonny off as a Latino. I wonder if identifying as White/Caucasian in his later years was done to open up further doors for him.

Hopefully, Sonny succeeded with the latter!
