In case anyone missed this, Volume 1 is now available for pre-order.
In another group that I'm an active member of, I heard a few complaints about the asking price for this single volume. I have to disagree with the criticisms. This isn't your run-of-the-mill re-release. ClassicFlix painstakingly restored each print, and the previews look phenomenal. Buying Volume 1 will give CF the confidence - and finances - to keep going. And who knows? Maybe if all goes well we'll get a nice CF release of the silents years down the road.
