There was almost certainly a "Mary Ann Jackson" in the movie--it just wasn't the "Our Gang" Mary Ann Jackson. Unfortunately, someone deleted that credit, and it is probably not something that can be re-added.
Also with Bobby Young, his credit was deleted (also probably improperly), and shouldn't have been unless it could have been proved that the extra credited in that role didn't have that name.

Hello, I'm a new member, just joined tonight. I realize now that this thread is about Mary Ann Jackson, but when I first saw the topic title "Mary Ann" I thought it meant Mary Ann KORNMAN - Wasn't she a "Mary Ann" also? Correct me if I'm wrong, but in any case I'd like a chance to talk about Mary Kornman sometime or other.

Mary Kornman's middle name was Agnes. If you haven't seen it already, you should check out John Frank's website, marykornman.com. It has a huge gallery, with photos from my collection, as well as photos from Bob DeMoss (yumyumeatemup) and a few provided by Mary's sister, Mildred.
Mary Kornman is my favorite subject, so I am more than happy to talk. Welcome to the site.

I think Mary Ann Jackson was in "The Egg and I"(the movie from which the Ma and Pa Kettle films were a spin-off) playing one of the Kettle kids.

Mary Ann was probably my favorite of the Gang girls. She had personality and was an individual instead of just being a pretty thing for the boys to fight over.
