I was just watching Diary of a Wimpy Kid 3: Dog Days and the expressionless face of Greg's younger brother Manny reminded me of Gary 'Junior' Jasgur. Has anyone else seen someone in a movie or on TV who reminds them of a Rascal?  |

I was just watching Diary of a Wimpy Kid 3: Dog Days and the expressionless face of Greg's younger brother Manny reminded me of Gary 'Junior' Jasgur. Has anyone else seen someone in a movie or on TV who reminds them of a Rascal? They do bear a noteworthy expressionless resemblance to each other. Both of them were preschool actors with passive roles, not given much (if any) dialogue, and present primarily so the other actors could react to them. There's an actor named Natan Michael who was in a short film a couple of years ago called Love Trips. In some scenes, he bore a resemblance to Scotty Beckett and Mickey Gubitosi, somehow both at the same time. I would upload an image as an example, but the attachment button still isn't showing up for me in the "Anything but Little Rascals" forum. Actually, this thread might be appropriate for the "General Discussion" forum. |

There is no image upload for me neither in this thread. I just uploaded the images to imgur.com and then used the direct link URL there.

That doesn't sound too complicated, but even so, it's probably too much for me. My computer savvy is quite limited.

It is seriously easy, honestly. On the right of the imgur homepage is says 'Upload Images' and underneath that you have a choice of computer or web. If you click on 'computer' you get a pop-up box that allows you to browser you computer for the image file(s) you wish to upload or you can drag and drop them into the pop up box. You can upload several images. Once you've uploaded what you want you simply click the upload button and they get stored on imgur. You are taken to a page with your images on it. On the right hand side is a list of links.
On this site in one of these upload dialogue boxes simple select the little image icon from the top menu, it's directly under the S.
If you then copy and paste the 'direct link' URL from the imgur page and paste it directly between the (image) and (/image) HTML that is now on your message box on this site the image will appear as part of the message. Be sure to bookmark the page with the images on imgur if you might wish to use those URLs again at some point.

Wow, you are spot-on with these lookalikes you've found! :-) As soon as I saw that photo of Donald Proffitt, even before I saw the adjoining picture of Seamus Davey-Fitzpatrick, I knew you were onto something with this one. I'm well familiar with Seamus Davey-Fitzpatrick, so the connection was immediately apparent to me. There certainly are some uncanny similarities between the two. The most noticeable difference, I think, is that their noses are shaped differently.

Ah, yes, they do have a certain similarity to their freckled countenances. I've tried to think up a few lookalikes, myself, but I'm still limited by the lack of an attachment button for this particular forum. Of course, there's a strong resemblance between Sidney Kibrick and Leonard Kibrick, but I think that's a little different. ;-)

Quite a lot of kids look like Marvin 'Bubbles' Trin but we can exclude them too cos it should be non-Gang lookalikes of Our Gang kids. Just link to a photo on imgur, imageshack, photobucket, tumblr, flicker, blogger, picasa or any other site. If I can do it anyone can do it  |

If I can do it anyone can do it :) I'm sure your instructions are clear, but I was lost by about the third sentence. When it comes to computer technology and linking the content of websites, I tend to have little chance of success. It does seem like a lot to go through, too, in order to be able to attach photos in a forum. But that's just me. |
