I'm pretty sure that you're right about it being a Leonard Kibrick autograph; even without the assistance offered by the signature, the little caricature sketch looks like a rudimentary drawing of the elder Kibrick.
I can see how the seller might have mistakenly read the signature as "Samuel Kilunk", but I, personally, would be very hesitant to put an item up for sale as being autographed by a particular star unless I could confirm that the star actually existed. Just a preliminary foray into Our Gang history would have raised a red flag for me when I saw that no one named Samuel Kilunk seemed to be associated with the films.

Especially since that seller attaches that same history to all of his OG items. Perhaps the $375 price tag is based on the fact that no one else has a Samuel Kilunk autograph.

Oh, I guess I am familiar with the wares of this seller. It's the same one that was selling the autographed photo of Harry Spear and Allen Hoskins that I asked about here on the boards in early December, in the thread titled "The General Authenticity of Autographs". I made an offer on that photo, but the seller chose to relist it once its allotted time ran out, rather than accepting. I wasn't surprised, since my best offer was still a very low one, considering the asking price.
