I'm very surprised. Several video clips of Carl Switzer doing his comical off-key singing in non-Gangster parts have been posted on these forums in recent months. Additionally, about a month ago mtw12055 posted a link to an old radio performance promoting the new Our Gang Follies of 1938 short, and Johnny Downs appears later on in that show as a singer. Darla Hood performed a song when she guest-starred on The Jack Benny Program, and of course Dickie Jones sang his very famous "I've Got No Strings" in Disney's Pinocchio.
Now back to our regularly scheduled game:
Forgot about Pinocchio. Didn't Darla also voice the Chicken of the Sea mermaid? If so, I have heard her sing as well.
And I'm sure we've all heard "Spanky and Our Gang" sing, but that doesn't quite count here.
Darla did voice the "Chicken of the Sea" mermaid. She also sings briefly towards the end of "The Little Rascals Christmas Special".
Here's a recording of Darla from around 1957. Boy, did she have a voice!

And here's Darla singing in a post-Our Gang film. The song in this clip is pretty awful, IMO.

Back on topic, don't have a complete collection of the comics, but I have about 15 of the Walt Kelly ones (reproduced by fantagraphics), and a handful of Dell's Little Rascals comics from the late 50s-early 60s.
The person below can name all of the shorts in which George "Sonny Boy/Sing Joy" Warde wore a pair of Harold Lloyd-ish glasses.
