I take back what I said about Mark's 'what is your favorite music' thread being the ultimate loaded question. For every favorite group, I've got a few dozen favorite songs. I've been thinking of buying an iPod, and decided that anything less than 20GB would not fit all of my favorite songs. Here's a few random ones:
The Beatles - "Strawberry Fields Forever" The Stones - "Gimme Shelter" The Kinks - "Shangri-la" The Who - "Substitute" Led Zeppelin - "In My Time Of Dying" CSNY - "Carry On" Neil Young - "Southern Man" Joni Mitchell - "Rainy Night House" Carole King - "I Feel The Earth Move" The Jackson 5 - "ABC" The Zombies - "Care Of Cell 44" The Beach Boys - "I Get Around" Joe Walsh - "Life's Been Good" The Clash - "Look Here" The Pretenders - "Message Of Love" Elvis Costello - "Watching The Detectives" X - "Some Other Time" Duke Ellington - "The Mooche" Cab Calloway - "Minnie The Moocher" Glenn Miller - "Chattanooga Choo Choo" Ray Charles - "Hit The Road Jack" Bing Crosby - "Swinging On A Star" Les Paul & Mary Ford - "Bye Bye Blues" Wizard Of Oz cast - Munchkinland medley Leroy Shield - "Bride's Song" etc. etc. etc.

Hey Zac - The three lollipop singers were one of my favorite parts of the movie when I was a kid. Now the opening theme with the voices going 'woooooooo' - that still sends a chill down my spine.
Hey Mark - Love all four of those Ray Charles tunes - all iPod-worthy.

LOVE 'Santa Baby.' I mean the song, of course, and not necessarily Santa in diapers. Of course, if you get a few drinks in me, I'm pretty open-minded.

I've actually met the munchkin that handed the lollypop to Dorothy. He was at a dinner in Los Angeles that I went to in 1992 just after the Sons of the Desert convention.

I also like "Rock Me Baby" by BB King. Jimi Hendrix did a cool version of it called "Lover Man"

I don't know.... one side of my family is Jewish and the other side is Catholic. I'm Jewish, but I always hear Christmas music because my little sister watches all of the Chrismas cartoons.... I also like the song Dead End from Hair and The War from Hair also
