Ever wonder who those two twins in "Party Fever" and "Football Romeo" are? According to IMDB, their names are Billy Mauch and Robert J. Mauch.

They don't look much alike. I've seen that before, but the available photos of the Mauch twins (who did indeed claim to have made an "Our Gang" appearance) are not very convincing.
On the other hand, they are about the right age.

They don't look at all like the Mauch twins to me.

I had to look up to see who the other fat kid was. According to IMDB, "Bobby Dean" died in 1931. Anyone with any info on him?

Thanks for posting the Jean Darling link. I wonder if Maltin & Bann's inclusion of Jean's name in their "Spook Spoofing" cast list is on account of that photograph. The MGM silents don't seem to be 'incomplete' the way the Pathes are, so it seems likely that Jean simply posed for a photograph when those visitors were around. This seems to be essentially the same thing that happened with "Olympic Games." But, of course, when it comes to any silent Our Gang, there might be a few feet of additional footage out there waiting to be discovered.

I think the MGM silents being more complete than the Pathes is due to the fact that the MGM silents were part of the original Little Rascals TV pacakge, and not part of those TV series with the edited Our Gang silents.
I'm not sure how many photos with Jean Darling in "Olympic Games" were taken, but I recall one photo that was sold on eBay at one point. I refer to it as "Harry Spear's intiation". It shows Jean watching Farina, Joe Cobb, Jackie Condon, and Scooter Lowry getting ready to throw Harry in the mud puddle that was used in this film.

I looked through my collection of downloaded eBay images and found the photo you're referring to. It's strange that Jean and Scooter are not in the available version of "Olympic Games," since it seems to be a fairly cohesive film the way it is. Jean has mentioned that she and Farina (perhaps others?) got sick during the making of this short. I can't remember which childhood disease she said it was. I have a theory that footage was shot with Jean and Scooter, and then various kids got sick and the studio decided to start over again with the filming. But, of course, a more complete print could very well make mincemeat out of this theory.

The above link to the newpaper article with the pics is dead now, but I'm a little more confident in the 'Our Gang' twins being the Shaw twins. The 1940 census shows them born in New York, their parents being Albert and Victoria Shaw, and Albert's occupation listed as 'actor'.

Sadly, I couldn't get them to run an Obit for Len Landy who also lived out there!
