Nope, there's no rule about not using words from the original title in the anagram. Obviously it's best avoided as it makes the solution a little bit easier.
ADROIN' OILY HAM = ROAMIN’ HOLIDAY
(ADROIN' ?) how about... Drain, O' Oily Ham!

That last one was supposed to be ADORIN' OILY HAM . A ham could be adored in a film like FEET EARS (or TASER FEE).

PREHENSILE ‘KEY’ = HENRY 'SPIKE' LEE -- eh, I use double quotes for those. Apostrophes didn't work this time. WHAT TOFU HOTEL?I generally only use double quotes to enclose a quote within a longer quote, as in... Spike said 'I asked Alfalfa and he said "sit on it and swivel Spike" so I punched him in the eye.' Anyway you got the right answer. WHAT TOFU HOTEL? = THE AWFUL TOOTH

I was taught to use the double quotes first, and then single quotes for a quote inside a double quote, just the reverse of you.
OFTENTIMES, OUR LOSS = TIME OUT FOR LESSONS guess I should recognize the repeats faster.
HEART WAFERS or FEAR HER SWAT, I can't decide.

If you're from the US and I'm from the UK that probably accounts for the occasional grammatical differences, as it would appear that it's not just spellings that differ.
