The Spy Kids. Probably so. The Cabin Kids were less nosy, since they spent much of their time in a cabin.
Who were you most surprised to learn was a Little Rascal?

Richard Milhous Nixon. Roach recruited him from the fruit stand in Whittier. He was the "Dickie" in silents before Dickie Moore came along. However, he developed serious 5 o'clock shadow at age 15.
Why were the shorts chock-full of humorous Irish and Italian characters, yet devoid of amusingly formal Scandinavians, unibrow vodka-swilling Rrrrrussians, and stoic, laconic Finns?

Because the schtick for Scandinavians was the substitution of 'Y' for 'J' combined with a weird accent and excessive perkiness. "Yingle bells, yingle bells, root-hooty..." And a kid doing that bit turned up at least once.
Hey! Are you trying to get us all killed?

"Hey! I just wanna know where Watts street is!"
"You and your bright ideas!"
Who in or involved with 'Our Gang' had the brightest ideas?

Charley Oelze, the Rube Goldberg of Rascaldom, though he got credit only about 900 years after the fact, via Maltin and Bann's books.
When did "reform school" become "Juvie", or (in NYC), the "600" schools... and were the sledge hammers subsidized by Federal or State funds?

I think the evolution of "Juvie" had something to do with Gomer's cousin Goober's Cary Grant impersonation. The sledgehammers were subsidized not by Federal or State funds, but by Roach & Gabriel, Ltd.

Woim has to pinch Butch, because he gets very lonely sometimes...
But where does Spike from THE PIGSKIN PALOOKA fit into all this?

Butch had taken violin lessons and participated in an amateur contest to impress a girl. A jealous Woim got a new best friend in the form of Dickie “Spike” Jones. However, Spike moved out of the neighborhood to start a band. Woim then tried attaching himself to Henry “Spike” Lee. He eventually left to become a filmmaker.
How did Butch and Woim get back together?

Krazy Glue. You can do crazy things with it!
What short found the gang doing crazy things on a building construction site?

BOYS AT WORK, where the Gang attempts to recreate the Lunch atop a Skyscraper photograph by sitting on a crossbeam suspended over 800 feet above the city. The film never made it past preview showings because the entire test audience fainted at the sight of Pete the Pup doing a dance on his back legs while on the crossbeam.
Which one of the Simpsons stars used to be a Little Rascal, and why didn't that person's stint last long?

Ned Flanders was cast as the goody-goody Sherwood, but he had to get tossed when he inserted "okily dokily" and "fine and dandy like sour candy" into "High Up Grew The Daffydil..."
We know that Miss Crabtree was from Poughkeepsie, but (Popeye Doyle/French Connection hat on/), did she ever pick her feet there?

Yes, and she picked out a nice pair. Sadly they were ruined after an incident involving kicking a bucket.
What was Popeye’s connection to the Rascals?

The Gang originated the parody version of his theme song which starts, "He's Popeye the sailor man, he lives in a garbage can..."
Now boys, was that nice?

Contrary to popular belief, which MGM 'Our Gang' short actually did NOT feature Buckwheat, and why?

'Ye Olde Minstrels.' The scenes with him were actually played by Porky. They were figuring with all the blackface, nobody would notice.
Do detectives think?
